Plum Creek would win half of the qualifying races and has three of the top four point leaders. Taknoffthegloves, Xzibit Won and Your Lucky Charm are on winning streaks, these three are the trio to beat. I Can See That ran the fastest time for this round 30.34 winning by 8 lenghts.

The first race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic was a rough trip for defending champion Ra Blazer. He was bumped and tripped up in the first turn, giving him no change to hit the board. Franchize Evie took advantage of the mess that was happening behind her to get her victory.

The second race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic Gil’s Cicero broke on top, but I Can See That overtook the lead coming out of the far turn. As they went into the far turn Gil’s Cicero was looking on how he could get to last place while I Can See That pulled away from the field winning by 8 lengths. AA’s Golden Boy finished fourth for the fourth straight time.

The third race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic Boc’s Big League took an early lead. Last round winner Rj’s Hong Kong was pinched when he made his move going into the far turn.

The fourt h race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic Cals Kiowa Ed and Number Cruncher were neck and neck going into the first turn. Cals Kiowa Ed pulled ahead by a length down the back stretch but as they came out of the far turn Number Cruncher over took the lead, but was pressured by Allsystemsengage. Number Cruncher was able to hold off the pressure to get the win.

The fifth race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic Hilan Dodge broke on top and lead most of the race with Your Lucky Charm on his tail. Once they were heading to the finish line went mid track to overtake the lead just before the wire. Your Lucky Charm now has four wins in a row and he proved once again he can come from behind to win like the Champion he is.

The sixth race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic All Embracing, Boc’s Trafficcop and Rj’s San Antoino were nose to nose going into the first turn. All Embracing drove thru the turn to take a commanding lead to easily win this race. Cyber Attack started to close coming out of the far turn to nose out Rj’s San Antonio for second. All Embracing snapped the Boc’s Trafficcop winning streak, Boc’s Trafficcop finished fourth.

The seventh race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic Rj’s Hansolo broke on top, coming out of the first turn Rj’s Hansolo was still on top but Xzibit Won was on his tail. Xzibit Won overtook the lead going into the far turn. From there he would pull away from the field for the easy win. Xzibit Won has now won three in a row.

The eighth race of the $400,000 Iowa Breeders Classic Taknoffthegloves broke on top and went box to wire for a huge win. Taknoffthegloves has won four in a row and has won his last six out of seven.
