The IOWA GREYHOUND ASSOCIATION is going to change the date of their annual meeting from January to September. To accomidate the members that go south when Dubuque closes for the winter.

IOWA GREYHOUND JANUARY MEETING

The Iowa Greyhound Association will hold their annual meeting and election of officers at Prairie Meadows on Jan. 21st 2012 at 11AM. Weather permitting.
If you want to vote at the meeting you must pay your 2012 dues of $25 to Treasurer Alan Hill before Dec. 31.

BLUFFS $500,000 IOWA BREEDERS CLASSIC

In 2004 RA BLAZER wins The IOWA BREEDERS CLASSIC. In 2011 one of his daughters wins the prestigous IOWA BREEDERS CLASSIC. That being ANGEL TREE (RA Blazer-Jays Leeann). From my recollection that is the first time for such a feat. Angel Tree is from the John Fillipelli trained Blake & Black Kennel.
